Since 2009, Jil Sander x Uniqlo have been in collaboration. Their collaborative label is named +J, developed whilst Sander held the post of creative director between 2009 and AW2011. Neck tags and care labels with the +J branding are easy identifiers. Following her departure from the highstreet brand, +J was revived for AW2020, SS2021 and AW2022. The line seeks to promote “thoughtfulness, accessibility, and high-quality pieces” reads the Uniqlo +J about page. Its important to note that +J isn't affiliated with the Jil Sander brand, but the designer herself.
For the Autumn Winter 2021 season, Jil Sander x Arc'teryx collaborated. This collaboration is easily identifiable by the Arc'teryx branding on the neck tag.
Jil Sander Indulgence began in 2021 when the OTB (Only The Brave) group acquired the brand. Jil Sander Indulgence is a womenswear collection characterised by simplified forms and luxury fabrics.
